1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by email.

2. Standard Flexible Rate – Pay on Arrival

• Guests choosing our Standard Flexible Rate can enjoy the flexibility of paying upon arrival.
• No advance payment is required.
• Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, or failure to arrive, may result in a charge equal to the full booking amount, subject to applicable law and the terms agreed at booking.

3. Non-Refundable Rate – Save 10%

• 
  Guests who choose our Non-Refundable Rate receive a 10% discount compared with the Standard Flexible Rate.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• This discounted rate is non-refundable if the guest cancels or fails to arrive, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Please ensure your travel dates are confirmed before choosing this option.

4. Changes or Cancellations by Your Harrogate Stay

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide your booked accommodation, we will contact you promptly and arrange an appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
