We kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

**Check-in:** From 14.00-21.00

**Check-out:** By 10:30 AM **

* If you require any assistance with arrival or departure, please feel free to message us.

To help ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following:

*Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property.

*No pets. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate pets.

* Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Kindly respect our neighbours and the peaceful residential setting.

*Water conservation: We kindly ask that you help us conserve water by turning off taps when not in use and being mindful of shower time. Every little bit helps us reduce water waste.

Kitchenette

Please help us keep the kitchenette clean and tidy:

* Please clean up after use.

* Place rubbish in the bin provided.

* There is a recycling bin at the back/side of the property if you wish to put your recycling out. * Black bin: General waste. * Blue bin: Glass and plastics. 

Bathroom

*Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. * Please do not flush wipes, sanitary products or other items.

* Please avoid placing hot curling plates or hair dryers directly on top of the toilet seat.

*For your safety and the security of the property :

*CCTV is in operation at the property. Cameras are positioned in external areas only and do not monitor any private or internal living spaces.

* Please lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the property.

* Please switch off lights and electrical appliances when they are not in use.

Storage Tip:

The ottoman bed base opens for storage, making it ideal for suitcases and other larger items. Please lift the bed base carefully and make sure it is securely closed after use. 

Heating Information:

The heating is set on an **automatic schedule** to help keep the room comfortable throughout the day. You’re welcome to adjust the radiator settings to your preferred comfort level. We also provide additional halogen heating inside the room.

**If you experience any problems with the heating or feel that you are not warm enough, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Laundry & Clothing Care:

The property does not have washing facilities. For hygiene reasons and to protect the property, washing clothes inside the property is not permitted.
